UV Protection- With time all pavers will fade just like anything else that’s left in the sun day after day. Pavers are made of cement with a pigment which gives the color, sand, and aggregate/small gravel. As pavers start to fade you see of the less color and more of the tan or grey colored sand and aggregate giving pavers a washed out faded look. Paver Protector’s sealers protect against harmful UV rays like sun screen does, greatly slowing the fading effect and preserving the color of your pavers.
Enhanced Look- Paver Protector uses 2 types of sealers. One is a wet look and the other a satin look. The wet look sealer gives your pavers the appearance they have after a rain. The wet look really makes the color in your pavers stand out. Old faded pavers can be brought back to life and new pavers will have a very bold appearance. Our wet look brick paver sealer has sheen with certain light but is not high gloss. The satin look sealer preserves the color of your pavers and gives a nice low gloss look. Moisture Resistant- Sealing pavers prevents moisture from leaching through the pavers and into the base of the paver system. With sealer water stays beaded on the surface and runs off with the pitch of the pavement system, the way it was meant to.
