Paver Protector was hired to repair, clean and seal the patio made of Unilock Pavers at this Barrington, IL residence.

 

The patio was over 12 years old and showing signs of its age. Near the house the patio was settling and causing water to pool against the foundation when it rained. This led to the sump pump running continuously during rain storms. On the outside of the patio edge the ground was higher than the patio which also caused water to pool. On top of that the patio was dirty and moldy from years of sitting wet on the north side of the house.

Paver Protector proposed to raise the entire half of the brick patio along the house, install drains with underground drains to bring any rain water to the back of the yard and to powerwash and seal the patio to preserve ts beauty for years to come.
